Memo from Martin P Burns of PricewaterhouseCoopers

<tip type="printable pages with XSSI">

Rather than maintaining 2 sets of pages, one for onscreen reading
and one for printing, why not swap bits of your page template
in and out with XSSI?

This is how:
<!--#if expr="$QUERY_STRING = 'printable'" -->
                  <link rel="stylesheet" href="/resources/print.css">
<!--#else -->
                   <link rel="stylesheet" href="/resources/onscreen.css">
<!--#endif -->

It works with other SSI commands too:

<!--#if expr="$QUERY_STRING = 'printable'" -->
                  <!--#include virtual="/resources/print_header.fhtml" -->
<!--#else -->
                  <!--#include virtual="/resources/top_nav.fhtml" -->
<!--#endif -->

One thing though - your printable stylesheet *must* define fonts
in points - it's what printers understand. Some printers interpret
px too literally - 10px text on a 1600dpi printer is quite small...
