The only way I've found to get form elements to behave correctly (especially in NN4.x): rather than doing this: <table> <tr> <td> <form> <input> </form> </td> </tr> </table> do this: <table> <form> <tr> <td> <input> </td> </tr> </table> </form> I know. Its stupid.
