i'm sure that i've seen NN4.x reacting wildly with quoted vs non-quoted 
cellpadding/cellspacing.
and i'm quite sure that there is a quirk with <body topmargin 
leftmargin...> and NN4.0x .

i use non-quoted table attributes [exepting for size, i think NN likes 
quoted widths], non quoted body left/topmargin marginheight/width.
else i try to double quote them, but it depends on the development 
environnement.
anyway, it would be good practice.
