[thelist] Is there a way to convert a PUB to a PDF?

The download pages says:

"This archive contains the Windows 95 INF file for installing Acrobat PDF 
Writer, which requires the PDF Writer files from a previous Acrobat 
Exchange 2.1 or 3.0 installation."

Which would lead me to think that you need to purchase something first and 
this is the freebie one would first think.

Am I wrong?

(I already have Adobe Acrobat 4.0 and run Win2k, so I'm disinclined to test 
this out myself.)
