True, but it's entirely possible that the content could be *stored* in a
database but an app generates static files out of it. Some content
management systems do this. All the sites I've managed (when I was a
"dotcommer") have had several thousand pages of content, most of it static
(except for include files, of course). The pages were generated from a db
but stored as static files.
