If you view the source on the home page you will see that the menus are
being generated dynamically by JavaScript and it appears that they are using
Alpha filters standard to only ie 5.0+ to accomplish the semi transparent
images.  If you load the page in NS you will not get the beautified
submenus, so they must be detecting on the sever which type of browser you
are using and send appropriate HTML.

It appears they might be using a software called DOC-FACTORY to produce the
HTML and JavaScript Code.  The only place I see reference to this on google
is in context of Intel, so my thoughts are the generator may be home grown.

Does anybody know if png images are supported by any other browser than ie
5.0+?
