[thelist] How can two folders be synchronized on NT?

I am running NT Server 4.0 and was wondering if there is a way
to have two existing paths, i.e. d:\a\a1 and d:\b\b1
and to have the files in a1 and b1 to be synchronized?
So that whatever is added to one is added to the other?
