Wow. I'm overwhelmed. My sincere thanks for all the comments, people!

I'm curious -- if answering a large number of posts (like this), what do the
list members prefer: 1. answer them all in one long post, or 2. answer each
one individually?

This time, I'll answer individually. If the general preference is to do it
in one long post, please let me know!
