If it's for an Intranet ... I think you might have a chance ... maybe not a
good chance ... but a chance ...

You've got me curious however ... what good is a client side form save to a
text file? ... How / What / Why / Where would you use that?

(Server-side Perl sounds like a lot more useful concept to me.)

The txt file should be written over with every submission, i.e. only hold
the last info submitted

The problem is it has to be client side (no perl, alas alas!) which makes me
think I'm left with JavaScript, maybe?
