Vertical-align is only supported in IE5 by the elements:  COL, IMG, SPAN,
style, TBODY, TD, TFOOT, TH, THEAD, TR, currentStyle and runtimeStyle.

It has a default value of 'baseline', and it's not inherited.

So - won't work on a DIV.
