Hey Mark,
I just tried this for an action and it seems to work:
Hit Record action.
1. Click on the top layer
2. Select all
3. Copy
4. Hit Control-N or Command-N to create a new document Hit ok.
5. Paste into new doc
6. Flatten layers
7. Save as *.jpg
8. Close new Doc
9. Delete top layer of original doc. This should make PS select the next
layer.

I don't know how to make the action loop other than copying and pasting
these steps N times in the action.

Hope this helps

Subject: [thelist] Multiple layer export action in PS/IR/Fireworks?

Hi,

I have a photoshop file with about 150 layers, each containing a photograph.
Is it possible to create an action in Photoshop, ImageReady, or Fireworks
that will export each layer into a separate .jpg file?

I don't see anything in these apps that will allow something like "move down
one layer, export layer". Everything kind of gets hard coded...e.g., "move
to 'layer 5'...".

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Mark
