[thelist] Some really bad navigation

Normally, I don't post things like this, but I just had to send this one to
the list.

I have to visit several sites when evaluating sites designed by job seekers.
This was one of the sites in a gentleman's portfolio.

Here's the challenge. Figure out how to navigate through the site 
a) without viewing source 
b) without clicking the "navigation help" link at the bottom.

A spectacular example of when a designer gets carried away by the
possibilities.
