[thelist] converting pantone to hexadecimal

thanks .... tried it, but can't get the exact colour ... I presumed that
there would be somewhere I could enter the pantone code and it would give me
the hex or rgb code ....

When in Photoshop click on either the forground or background selection
on the toolbar. This gives you the picker window. From here click the
button that says custom. FInd your pantone color then click the button
listed as picker (same place as the custom button was). At the bottom of
the picker window will be your hex number. I believe this applies only
for Photoshop 5.5 and later.
