I seem to recall any ol' damn thing as legal - even spaces are legal as
long as you escape them, If I remember right. Now whether what *works*
is different from what's *legal* I dunno.

I just tried:
	"super ape & ^_^ 'mon"@artlung.com
and the simpler
	FOO'BAR at artlung.com

to myself and it worked - tried it with pine and netscape communicator.

The relevant RFC you want is 822.
