I was planning to respond to:
> Anyone care to share some tips on how to best approach proofreading?
...but then I realised I had a question, so I'm very sneakily crafting my
reply into a tip instead :o)

Anyway, if anyone has any insights into the following, I'd be grateful:

So close, and yet... http://www.plumworks.org.uk/working/jobs.htm

Thanks to lots of Evolt help, I was finally able to get the form results on
this page to go to a pop-up window. Woo hoo!

Except... it works beautifully in IE, shows all the results and variables,
etc. but throws a syntax error in Netscape in the pop-up window.

I now have code from three sources... me, nice evolters, and the supplier of
the data for the pop-up window results, and I'm so confused it doesn't bare
thinking about.

Can anyone lend a hand? Err, again?

<tip type="proofreading">
Print your copy out, get up, hold it aloft, and start reading it out loud.

It doesn't matter if you look an idiot pacing your office reading at volume;
there is NO chance that "XXX" will get past an outloud read through.

Unless, of course, you're doing a porn site, in which case, it wouldn't
really stick out, would it?
