The best text editor to use is BBEdit. A freeware version, BBEdit Lite 4.6,
is available here:

A good shareware graphic editor is Graphic Converter. This program is
frequently updated/fixed, and has many features that any web developer would
find useful:

The best web browser on the Mac (it's been contested as one of the best
browsers available on any platform) is Microsoft Internet Explorer 5. It is
available here:
