Have you tried Microsoft's web application stress tool yet? It's free, and a
good start.

The .NET Framework beta also has an updated more advanced version of this.

If that doesn't do the trick, you can easily and quickly start spending
$20K+ on software to do this from companies like RadView.  What's your
general budget?
