[thelist] Hoster Problem?: Site shows up on SOME computers

One of my clients is using a different hoster than I use, it seems we are
having a problem.
The site shows up on some peoples computers, but not others. I can update
the site and see the change immediately, while some people can't even bring
up the page. All the DNS info and everything is correct.
Is this strictly a bad hoster? Any insight?
