In addition to the other resources, I'm going to repost a link that was 
posted here last month:

This does /not/ work in NN, but it is pretty cool. I have always resented 
the version two solution where you write a whole new print-friendly page, 
particularly since most people just hit the print button in their browser 
rather than go to the printer link.
