Very interesting.

But how do you prosecute somebody sitting in US? Law makes sense when
it is implemented. How would the European Union Privacy Law apply
here? How would you prove that Company A used the whois of your
registrar to spam you telephonically? Hmm..... How would that apply
if the owner is, let's say, Asian? I didn't see answers to that
there.
