[thelist] Sending both HTML and plaintext email

Well...my intent is to send a message with a little snippet of HTML that
would not throw off a plaintext reader.

If the reader DID support HTML, then it automatically redirect to an ACTUAL
HTML page.

Remember that the email client is not a browser. It's a "passive" receiver 
of the data. What you are asking for is not currently possible.
