Chris-

What kind of pricing models exactly? Are you looking for the latest rates
that sites are charging advertisers? Or rates for ad engines?

Putting together a sucessful ad model depends alot on how much you know
about your visitors. Demographics, how often they visit the site, etc...

Not to mention how you structure the ad packages... rotating banners,
sponsor bugs - they all carry different price tags.

Last but not least, if your visitors are logging into the site, and you are
serving them ads, you will have privacy issues to deal with. Vistors will
need to know if you are selling their information to the advertisers, or if
you are just giving demographic information to feed the ad engine...

I won't pretend to be an expert in this area, but I have been involved with
a few other sites that have implemented ad programs.

What were you thinking about doing?
