[thelist] email archives (was How to NOBR? / Evolt search)

regardless of email client, and i've used a few, i always archive my 
messages to discrete plain text files (one file per post) unless it's 
chewing clusters, at which point i might save a time period of 
messages to a text file... but always a plain text file...

after that, i burn it to a CD and use the search features of my 
favorite text editor to pull up the posts...
