Sorry - just now plowing thru the last few days of emails to this list!  And
I didn't see any one else respond to your dilemma.

My understanding is that when you use IE6, you CANNOT use Outlook Express,
everything has to go thru Hotmail....I had upgraded to 6, and called MSN to
figure out what was going on.  2 hours of holding later, they said "You HAVE
to use Hotmail".  I said "I don't want to, and I've got PGP encryption going
on that won't work in Hotmail".  Oh well, they said.  That's the way it is.
They finally directed me to some hidden URL where I could download an older
version and still use Outlook Express.

So I'm not positive if this is an IE6 issue, or and MSN (as ISP)
issue......but good luck!
