Also, not sure if this helps any, but I know that I'm
looking for this string in any IMG SRC or HREF tag
and the "ending" characters would either be:
.html, .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg

Since looking for the next > may not work well and I
don't want to replace the word(s) within <a href> THIS
AREA </a>

Confused?  :)
