[thelist] Parsing text (ASP)

Quick thought, is there a way to tell ASP to either
ignore regular text or ignore HTML code.

Sort of like using HTMLencode, since it seems to
recognize HTML that way.  Maybe I could tell the
script to only look in HTMLencoded text then that
would automatically ignore regular text?  

Or am I reaching too far.... :)
