I've used. It works well, but when you scan with STAT Scanner or Nessus
they will both say that a lot of those patches still aren't applied.
I've compiled a database of MS Security Updates, the applicable patch #,
and the corresponding CVE entry if there is one. Still giving me a
headache though.

check
which security fixes your system needs...
