On the Unix box, make sure the file is named Application.cfm, with a capital A.

<->After doing some testing, it appears that, on the Unix box, when the application
<-> encounters an error, it's like it ignores everything that came before it (such
<->as the cferror
<->tag), so all that is displayed is the Cold Fusion error message (in the default
<->format).
