actually, if you do that nonexplicitly, with text, it will have a gap 
PLUS a scrollbar that appears once it draws in the text. It works 
better to put a, for example, 1x500 px left-or-right side gif next to 
your big chunk of text, so it will know what to draw ahead of time.
