Thanks for all reply's.

Tried the <body> tag and <meta> tag solutions.  Both work well when there
is not other code in the index.html page.  Just adding either of the tags
into the existing index.html file first rendered the existing page then
went to the new page.  Saved the existing page, removed all code except the
<body> tags, or <meta> tag and I got the new page immediately.  Most of you
probably know that already, but good info to file in the grey matter for
future reference.
