I can't tell the "why" of that description from here, sorry. I do know that
I don't recall seeing posts from others about problems with the Harry
Potter site. If I had the same situation on my machine I'd first test
whether that browser successfully handled other known-to-be-good commercial
sites. This could help point to a configuration-related difference, or to a
content-related difference.
