You can also try putting in valign="top" attributes into the the td that
holds those three columnar tables... That'd make the them snap to the
top... Right now they are sitting at the browser default of "middle"
which is used when there is no valign attribute set [just in case you
don't know, valign means vertical alignment]

That should solve your problem with having huge chunks of space above
those three columns. :)
