[thelist] Online Schedule of Appointments?

Thanks for all the suggestions all :) I didn't think of some kid booking up an
employee's entire day as a joke, I'll need to present that to the client and
find some way we can try to prevent that from happening. That would not be good
;-)

I guess my major concern is synchronizing the called in appointments, the online
appointments, and the employee schedules. It needs to be real time. If an
employee has an hour open in the schedule, and they happen to be in that
area--poof, they get to clean someone's couch all of a sudden ;)

So if this is to be done right, the booking would have to be all online--or
connected to the net somehow from their locations. My major problem is each
location has about three people on the phone taking appointments, each with
their own computer. The computers obviously are networked somehow, so I just
need to maybe get with their IT person and find out what the background is if we
go through will something like this.

I've been looking at some online solutions some of you have suggested, and found
some others. Thanks for the direction, I'll probably come crawling back here if
this does go down ;)
