Yes, what else should they apply it to? (Well, maybe the inner width and 
height, but as long as all browsers do the same (and they do) it's OK with 
me).

Just tried it, Netscape 4 uses innerWidth/Height as if they were 
width/height, IE5.5 ignores them, (can't test in NN6 due to some 
peculiarities). So I don't recommend using them.
