Try the "Web Page Backward Compatibility Viewer" at
http://www.delorie.com/web/wpbcv.html

You enter a URL and pick what HTML features you want to disable
(images, tables, frames, center, Java, JavaScript, style sheets
or marquee).  It will then display the page without those
features.

The W3C also have a tool for viewing pages w/o tables:
