[thelist] XHTML & NS4 & window margins

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a reliable way to override the default window 
margins on Netscape 4.x when XHTML transitional is the doctype? I 
can't seem to find the right CSS combination.

This is what I have:

body {
	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, Geneva, sans-serif;
	font-size: 11px;
	background-color: #020014;
	color: #cccccc;
	line-height: 18px;
	margin: 0;
	padding: 0
}


Help!?
