Well,
   one option could be
http://www.php.net/do_download.php?download_file=php405-installer.exe&source
_site=www.php.net (wrap check)
   I went to this after trying the manual install on IIS5, failing
<shame-faced> after trying a couple of times, but the installer worked like
a charm. It's not the full thing, but will do for the time being. I'll try
manual install later.
