I'll say it right from the start, I never do animated gifs. Nor do I deal
with Netscape 4.x much because I mainly work for intranets. But this once,
I'm stuck with one.
And to my total dismay, animated gifs don't cycle at the same speed between
Netscape 4.x and IE 5+?
Is that right? Or am I going crazy?
