For long-term use they suggest to pay off, but be warned:<tip> Your
waranty
will void if you use those system depending on the facturers Terms of
Waranty. The providers of alternate and mostly cheaper replacement
patrons are neither tied to the mixture of the ink that the OEMs use nor
the
guarantee that they keep their own mixture. </tip>

I heard via hearsay that the quality of your print should reduce.
