One thing about Dell and Compaq servers, they are both picky about memory upgrades, they will only take certain kinds of memory. Big difference is that Dell's RAM is competitive with the generic stuff ($5 diff), Compaq not so much... I'd definitely buy Dell again. Thanks, Ron White
