Just had a look at the pricing for the new ones including
W2k AdvServ 25 client licence & the spec you mentioned:
$6,650 ($3.3k just for the license). Ouch.

What license should you have for a web server (theoretically
unlimited clients after all...)?

They're pretty affordable too (about $500 cheaper than the refurbished
Dell PowerEdge1550 - don't know if the Dell includes the W2k server
license which isn't going to be cheap)
