Because sure are eggs are eggs, a client is going to ask
you how it looks in Browser X. And you'd better be able to
instantly respond:
1) "It looks like [whatever]" (because you've done the testing)
2) "I'll check with the guys and get you a full report later today/
     1st thing tomorrow" (because you haven't done the testing yet
     but will be doing so the minute you get back to the office)

The first is the more professional response btw.

If a client comes back to you after you go live and tells you "You
never said it would look like [whatever] in Browser X" then
you're in deep, deep trouble and you'd better warm up your
lawyer.
