[thelist] Windows ME issue

Just delete the file since it is not needed for windows and make sure that 
there isn't a call for it to be loaded when windows starts up using 
msconfig and it will take care of that part.  After that, do regedit and go 
to hkey_local_machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run to make 
sure that it doesn't start when Windows does.
