Good links, Mike. The MS link, plus others on Google seem to indicate that IUSR_machinename is part of 'Everyone' which goes contrary to the behavior I'm seeing. A script on one machine is being denied access to directory information which gives 'Everyone' read and list access. So far this is a one-time issue so I'm working with the user to find an acceptable workaround. Thanks for the research - I can usually find what I want at MS, but didn't find this. spinhead -----Original Message----- From: Mike King [mailto:mike.king at redroom.co.uk] Sent: Monday, June 25, 2001 8:00 AM To: thelist at lists.evolt.org Subject: RE: [thelist] IUSR_machinename - is it part of 'everyone' group?
