Yes, as the client has a contract with you, not the ASP.

Now if there was some inherent flaw with the ecommerce software
(as opposed to your configuration of it), then you've got the start
of a case against the ASP. But there is another PoV which says
that you picked the ecommerce software, so you're still negligent.
