Wrong.

Curious about the earlier threads about 'I can't see any
smart tags after downloading them', I noticed that the version
of IE6 on the public preview page is now more recent than the
one I got a few weeks ago.

Tools/Options/Advanced: Smart Tags are ON by default.  

The only question left is how easy it is to get fact packs
onto your computer.
