[thelist] what trick to change IE's URL icon

What's the trick on some sites (e.g.:
http://www.digitalvision.se/products_digitalcinema.htm
)
that puts a custom icon near the typed URL ? (works on IE only, it seems)

More than that, if
File->Send->Shorcut to Desktop
the saved URL shows that icon until clearing the browser's cache.
