[thelist] issue with templates in dreamweaver

Okay, sounds GREAT! - But as you suspected I may have been, I am using
Windows. I am unaware of any file for configuring Virtual Hosts, though. Any
what that file name would be?

You should try a technique similar to the one outlined in this article:

If you're not on a MacOSX, you can apply the same concept. Windows has a
hosts file in C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT I believe and that does the same thing.
