For whatever it's worth, I'm puzzled by this description... not sure what
it means.

There's never any video content embedded within an HTML page, although
Netscape Plugins do use the EMBED tag... possibly the problem is due to one
word meaning two things, or...?

(Browsers do differ in the info they show about objects in the page... in
the Netscape browsers "View Info" is a way to find out some things about
EMBED content, but I'm not sure whether this is similar to what you're
seeking.)
