not at all! there have been beervolts in toronto, texas, and london as 
well(to name a few) all you need is a gregarious attitude and the 
willingness to get a couple people together..

order prefered beverage 4.) gossip about the industry & have fun

I give dance lessons there on Thursday nights and only ask free beer for 
fellow evolters as my compensation.. just kidding ;) actually, I 
dontated a kidney which should get the milwaukee crew by for about 
another 2 months.. then its miriams turn to sell. :) seriously, I just 
pay for them as a way of bribing people to hang out with me ;)
